Service Description
Golden dunes. Physical and psychological abilities, motivation, and what you expect from your trek are essential questions to ask yourself before making your choice! Easy to intermediate trek. ⁎ 4 days of walking between 3.5 and 4 hours with breaks in the shade and 4 nights in the desert, including 1 in a permanent bivouac and 3 under the stars at the foot of various Ergs. ⁎ Departure will be on the second day after breakfast, you will reach Sidi Naji, the mausoleum housing the tomb of the famous marabout Sidi Naji, and a place of pilgrimage for local nomads. On the third day, to reach the summit of Erg Zahar, the highest dune, also known as the Howling Dune or the Great Dune, you'll have to climb a bit, but once you reach the summit, you'll be amazed by the beauty of this vast expanse of golden sand. You'll be able to admire the numerous dunes, the mountain, but also the charming landscape and vegetation of the Dräa Valley. On the fourth day, we'll hike to Ait Ounir, the Erg notable for its astonishing and unique vegetation, the dunes of which are located right next to the Dräa Valley. On the fifth day, we'll return to the permanent bivouac on foot or by 4x4 to take the transport back to your starting point or to spend a final night at the gateway to the desert.
Cancellation Policy
1. Réservation et Paiement La réservation est effective à la réception d'un acompte de 30 %. Le solde doit être réglé par virement 2 semaines avant le départ ou directement sur place. La réservation est nominative. 2. Seuils de Départ Garanti Pour garantir la qualité et la viabilité logistique, les départs sont conditionnés par un nombre minimum de participants: Trek Classique : Minimum 4 personnes. Retraite Bien-être : Minimum 6 personnes. 3. Annulation par l’Agence (Seuil non atteint) Si le quorum n'est pas atteint 40 jours avant le départ, l'agence vous propose trois options : Le Cercle Privilège : Maintien du séjour avec un supplément tarifaire (possible dès 4 personnes pour les retraites). Le Report : Transfert de votre réservation sur une session ultérieure. L'Annulation : Remboursement intégral des sommes versées, sans autre indemnité. 4. Annulation par le Client En cas de désistement, les frais suivants s'appliquent : Treks : Remboursable jusqu'à 30 jours avant le départ. À moins de 30 jours, l'acompte est conservé et 30 % du solde est dû. À 15 jours, 50 % du solde est dû. À 8 jours, la totalité est due. Retraites : L'acompte est non remboursable dès la confirmation. À 30 jours, 30 % du solde est dû. À moins de 30 jours, 50 % du solde est dû. À 8 jours, la totalité est due. 5. Prestations et Responsabilité Les tarifs incluent le transport depuis le point d'arrivée, la pension complète et l'encadrement sécurisé. L'agence décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol, de perte d'effets personnels ou d'incidents dus à la négligence du participant ou à un cas de force majeure. 6. Assurance et Engagement Chaque participant doit obligatoirement souscrire une assurance voyage (rapatriement, frais médicaux, annulation). Il s'engage à respecter les consignes de sécurité du guide, l'environnement et à être en condition physique adaptée au séjour.
